General Clinic Questions

No appointment is required. We offer walk-in care for urgent and primary care services. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.

We offer a wide range of urgent care and primary care services, including treatment for illnesses, minor injuries, diagnostic testing, physicals, and preventive care.

We are open 7 days a week:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Insurance & Billing Questions

We accept most major insurance plans in Illinois, including commercial plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay patients. Please visit our Accepted Insurance page for the full list.

All billing questions are handled directly by our WellCare Health Clinic staff.

Lab Results

Online access to lab results is coming soon. At this time, lab results can be discussed directly with our clinic staff.

We partner with Advanced Labs for laboratory testing.

Visit times vary based on patient volume and medical needs, but we strive to provide efficient care without long waits.

Urgent care is appropriate for non-life-threatening conditions such as minor injuries, infections, flu symptoms, and sudden illnesses.

If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, or other life-threatening symptoms, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room immediately.
